I think just the charge of Hosting a drug house makes it sound awful.

Like their is crack addicts tweaking out and shooting up heroin. It does seem kind of weird being in a college town that it would be hosting a drug house. I assume he lives in Freddy. Wouldn't they just charge whoever it was who was smoking?

when i suggested in previous weeks that BDJ was already on notice with CFH due to "team rules" issues, my post was deleted.

Agreed. Having a party that got a bit out of control? Meh, handle things internally but that doesnt seem strong enough to suspend him from games or anything.

problem is, as an athlete you have to know to put yourself in better situations. if you plan on hanging out with guys doing drugs then you take the risk

I'm surprised no one is even taking into consideration the fact this guy is a 5th year transfer. I think you have to take that into consideration here regardless of the charges.

I say 5 games minimum. I agree, its not a huge deal, but as an athlete, you're held to a higher standard. Is this Fred's first opportunity to punish because of a "major" violation? It'll be interesting to see how he handles it.

What does the student code of conduct say about an aggravated misdemeanor? I assume more than an OWI which was 3 games. 5 games?
