ISU Apologists

Get a grip. OSU is #21 IN THE NATION.

It would be different if they had lost by that much to the Nursing Home B-Team at Trice.

Pretty much every team on our schedule is ranked ahead of us. Doesn't make it okay to lose to pretty much everyone on our schedule.

If fans wouldnt have such huge expectations about the season (7+ wins), maybe they would be able to understand that we suck.

I like what I'm seeing from the younger players. I don't believe this senior class is very good outside maybe three guys. If you expected a bowl game with the talent on this team that's a you problem. Add a few huge injuries in there, and they just don't have the guns to beat these good teams. We haven't played a bad team yet btw.

We were dominating until Nealy and Wimberly didn't understand how to catch a kickoff and the KO coverage forgot how to tackle a dynamic guy. Lose West and injure Sam's throwing hand and it got out of hand. But just keep believing we are getting worse.

It's year six into the new coach's career here. And these last two years are starting 1-4. Maybe we're not getting worse, but we're not getting better.

Ha...love watching teams the week after we make them look like NFL world beaters. Baylor is good....but meh-good. they will not beat OU for sure....I think stoops boot stomps them actually.

If you are an actual football player at ISU, would you accept losing by 17 to a ranked team?

If you say yes, there lies the problem.

Accepting is one thing, pouting like you is the other extreme. I guess you want to throw the baby out with the bath.

Remember the Big 12 was falling apart and ISU potentially had no home when the upper class-men were recruited.

News for you. We are still 9/10 in recruiting ever since. Between recruiting poor talent and then losing guys every year for stupid reasons, I don't see anything changing.

There is a reason that things fell apart, no doubt about it. People need to realize this is not the same offense that started the season. Way more injuries than any other team that I know of. Still have that here we go again attitude after the first special teams gaff, and then give up another one right away. Need to somehow get that stopped.

What is Richardson's record as a starter? What about Rohach? Not just based on that but on many other things I saw out of Rohach last year and Richardson over the last couple of years lead me to believe Rohach should be the starter.

I do not want people to the think all struggles are on the back of Richardson but he has happy feet and misses a lot of easy passes that many average qb's would complete.
