Last week I was told that I overreacted to a smashing against Baylor. That the team was clearly progressing and that we should be happy with a 21 point loss considering our history.

So after another week of regression, what's the excuse now? Injuries, history, etc.? What justifies losing this way in year 6 of a coaches tenure?

This week there is not a justification. Defense did enough to win, special teams dropped the ball twice and offense was awful. I have no problem with fans being upset this week.

Why did you think for one second we were going to go down there and won? News flash, sometimes the better team wins. When we have an offense that can score, then maybe expect more. Until then don't expect to beat these teams. We are bringing a knife to a gun fight with this offense.

We were dominating until Nealy and Wimberly didn't understand how to catch a kickoff and the KO coverage forgot how to tackle a dynamic guy. Lose West and injure Sam's throwing hand and it got out of hand. But just keep believing we are getting worse.

We aren't the actual players. We are fans. You weren't playing. You were watching the game on your coach. We can take a level headed perspective on this.
