Cowgirl, when I used to play, I used to tell girls that couldn't catch to just swing their hands up at the ball, hopefully tipping it and giving a guy a chance to catch it.

Anyone know how competitive the A league is for football intramurals at Iowa State? I started on varsity a couple of years wanna know if I could compete in that league.

Not necessarily happier, but I have spent the last few days dealing with a baby with a cold. It is amazing how babies really really hate breathing through their mouths. Not to mention all of the mucus....

I hate trying to sleep breathing through my mouth too. Poor baby.

Anyone know how competitive the A league is for football intramurals at Iowa State? I started on varsity a couple of years wanna know if I could compete in that league.

depends, was it a 4-A school or 8-man. I've never played football intramurals but basketball might help.

For basketball, I am pretty average, I played in the D League and our team sucked but we did well and got to C. I'd say I'm a B league player at best. A league is probably for former JUCO players who transferred to Iowa State or players who are good enough to play college ball but is focusing on academics.

I'd have to play against you in order to decide honestly.Also I believe your team has to do well enough in prelims or you get demoted to B.

A league is former JUCO players and players who could play college but focusing on academics.
B and C league- people who know how to play, decent to average high school players. Probably not college material.
D league- having fun, minimal skill level.
