so we went to that thing last night and didn't tell DH's parents we'd be home because we thought we might try to drive back yet that night (which we did). And we know we'll probably see them soonish when next baby is born.

Walked in and two of the other customers were DH's classmates and our waitress is a BFF of our sister-in-law. Now they'll probably find out and be upset we didn't go see them. Sigh.

Random question. We have a Mediacom DVR. If it is turned off and a program is scheduled to record, does it turn itself back on?
