Hey, I know NDSU opened as 2.5 favorites, can anyone tell me what that spread has bumped up to? TIA.

Also, if lakes is better than Iowans because he lives on a lake, and I live on an ocean, does that mean I'm better than lakes?

I live on a creek. That must mean I'm better than most Iowans but not as good as Lakes. Damn! I bet I could only get Vlade Divac to come to my pretend parties!!!!!

I also live on the Pacific Ocean, which is the biggest one, so obviously I'm better than lakes and he can never be better than me no matter how hard he tries.

Oh so we can post people's PRIVATE MESSAGES in public now? How classy of you. I have about 65 threatening PM'S but I'm too big of a man to run to the public form exposing people. Really cool man. Besides search his posts everyone is an attack on me so I wrote him that.

Back to this game! ! There is ZERO pressure on NDSU or us fans. We are winners We have a tradition of winning and beating FBS teams so we will treat it like any other game.

7. you've beat 7 fcs teams.... yeesh.

Pressure is all on us. If we win big, that is what is expected from our caliber of program. If we win a close one, the questions will start. If we lose, all bets are off. All NDSU has to do is show up and play competitively. We are expected to dominate.

WAY more at stake for our program since we've never really sniffed mediocrity vs. theirs where they have resided at the top of the heap for years.

Yeah, but the heap they're at the top of is a dung heap in junior varsity league.

Why do people keep trying to compare like they're even remotely close situations?

Some people have never been at the top of any heap, so they take too much pride in being at the top of any heap, no matter what that heap is made of, nor how low the top of that heap is to other heaps that could be conquered.

Pretty much spot on. It's like a Best of the Worst Syndrome.

What it comes down to is ISU has accomplished more in it's "crappy history" than NDSU could ever imagine accomplishing. Congrats to them on their FCS championships, and I truly mean that, but in the grand scheme of things that's a hill of beans compared to isu's accomplishments.

Good analysis I think NDSU has a lot to lose. 24 game win streak. New coach and 20 seniors that want to win 4 straight titles oh a d a new QB.
It's gonna be weird for ndsu fans not to see the same kids we saw for last 3 years of success
