WDSM, your real first name is on our short list for boy names. I may have to scratch that just cuz.

does anyone regret the name they used on their kids? I wonder about that.

I would have been a a Tyler had I possessed the necessary plumbing. That's weird to me.

I would have been Matthew.

There were five Matts/Matthews in my elementary class.

I'm beginning to be concerned by this burgeoning pattern of women posting pictures of their feet in this forum. If this all goes south, I'm blaming you, Rum Brooklyn.

Speaking of which, where's Pantsy, anyway?...wait, yeah, prolly checking out the scene in CO.

but our feet are nice! Look how nice the bottom of her foot is! If you are going to complain, I'll post the bottom of mine. The uneven running callus catches fuzz from the bathroom rug. It's quite appealing, I assure you.

Oh, with the 2 posted, it's not so bad, but then you threw in your man's janky ones, and I just don't want this thread ending up in an alley in a seedy section of town flagging down cars and asking them if they want to do some foot stuff.

I couldn't park in the garage tonight cause my garage opener failed. Is four years the lifespan of a 12 volt battery thingy?

I told him to clip those things this week and I don't think he did. But his fingernails he keeps clipped within 1mm of the non clippy part of the nail.

exactly. My mom (this would have been my dad's sister) always thought that was exceptionally cruel to do to a house cat.

There are many people that feel that way. I don't. But then again, my cats are never outdoors (the coyotes & coons would kill them)...

However, if a cat goes outside, it needs those claws.

I don't know that it was the fact that the cat was declawed that made it hide. Cats don't adapt well to changes in their environment, even if their "staff" make the change with them. When we moved to our acreage, we brought three cats with us. Two were nervous, but the third found a cupboard door she could open, and she went in there and wouldn't come out for more than a quick litter box trip and a couple of bites of food...

ours are all born and grow up in the barn so they are used to it. This one was not though. We had some shelter cats given to us and for the first week we kept them in a separate little chicken coop with food so they could adapt. As they got used to the sights and sounds, they ventured out as they got comfortable.
