speaking of, I'm getting a tattoo next week .

I'm curious of how painful it really is to get one.
It varies depending on where it is and how many times they have to go over the same area. Just relax, if you go into it thinking it is going to be some sort of unbearable pain then you'll just psych yourself out.

so ladies, we went to the zoo Friday with friends and she had her little 9 month old girl. Such a cutie. Never once cried in 4 hours of zoo-ness. She was so content to be carried and liked to blow raspberries. DH looked mighty fine carrying a cute little hat-wearing baby.

Her toddler brother though, holy crap. He has two speeds. Fast and FASTER!

True story: i volunteered at the Indianapolis Zoo for the last three years. Because i care about animals. And children. Single ladies and soon to be single ladies of CF, take note.

*directmessage to cyrocksmypants: I'm hoping that calling them out helps you get your pies. There's nothing women hate worse than public shame.

Kind of off topic, I know, but I hear people talk about private messaging someone, and I've never done it. I asked someone, and they said that all you have to do is to put "*directmessage to" and then someone's username in a post and then only they can see it. Is this true?

I want to say that's almost definitively wrong. But then again, you "sent it" to me, so for all I know, it could be right.

well, the ramekin pies and crisp are gone. I could probably ship the rest of the pie though. Dh was convinced that the year old graham cracker crust would be juuuuuuuuuuust fine. It tastes like old graham crackers. Going to stick to making our own in the future. The ramekin crusts were deeeeeeelicious.

:embarrassed:

So the first sign of a dumb joke is when no one gets it. Felt guilty when KC PM'd me to tell me how to PM, she's such a sweetie. I was just using that post to 'explain' the joke above it.

Aw, shucks!

No guilt necessary. I just copied a previous PM to someone who really didn't know how to PM on here. I was a little surprised, given how long you have been on CF...I just prefer to err on the side of nice rather than "well, you dumb bozo, what else don't you know". Also, I do it in a PM so that no one knows I didn't get the joke. So thanks for outing me! ;)

Try some Febreze on the crust, takes away the old graham cracker smell.

I saw where you were going with it.

Also, on a completely unrelated note, when I misspell "with", my phone autocorrects it to KGB.
