I'd like to request a strawberry pie. Please deliver by 9pm today. Thank you.
I don't think so. I learned the word somewhere on some fancy Pinterest thing, probably. Today's the first time we dug them out of the wedding gift pile to use them. I think we plebians just call them fancy bowls.
When did bags of chips become so small? I'll admit that I haven't bought a bag in probably 6 months, but I got a bag of Sunchips today and it's only 7 oz for $3.29? What a ******* ripoff.
Not a WI thing. I heard about them when researching recipes a few years ago or more. I think they're mostly used for small desserty things like creme brulee, souffle, small cakes....etc. When in doubt blame Food Network.

Do any of you pie bakers want to adopt me for awhile? I will make sure there isnt much pie laying around.

Well, that explains it. I'm a meat & potatoes kind of gal...I don't make all those froufrou thangs...
On some occasions they used bigger ones or for egg things. But I tend to see them as fancy stuff I don't want to wash.
Minnesota ain't Hawaii.
Just sayin'
Hey, don't you gals have your own social group for your pie recipe sharing and ramekin discussing? Please, don't be messing up the threads with your pinterest stuff. I need a sammich.
