Why would the refs always be biased against ISU? What do they gain from having K-State win that game? That's fine to claim "bias" but give me ONE good reason why it would actually exist in the ISU-KSU game?
Come on dude, I'm glad you post here, but if you think Ku doesn't get a lot of calls you are just being intellectually dishonest. Even the diehards I know admit it, it is what it is, enjoy it. Refs see the jerseys different, always have, always will.
There is literally ONE foul on ISU that anyone on the game thread said was the right call. EVERY other one was followed by a blast of (fill in the expletive). I haven't seen that many asterisks on a page in a long time.
Wiggins grabbed his armed and pulled his body back hard. That will move than just his arm. I agree OSU players flop, but that was as obvious of a foul as I have ever seen in my life. If you cannot admit that, I would not be surprised. It would just make you a typical KU fan.
As for Ellis' foul, both teams are called for ticky tack fouls. I am sure we can go through game and find a bunch of them. But I bet if Nash and Wiggins were reversed in that situation, a foul would have been called immediately. Refs let a lot more go for KU and protect KU when something happens to them. They don't call it even and that is the problem.
Try to rationalize all you want, but if you can't see that, it is because you are blinded by you being a KU fan. Every other fan base in the conference sees it. (And some outside of the conference.)

What in the hell does this have to do with refs being bias toward KU? You are just deflecting. Every fan base complains about the officials in their own game.
So far you have used two classic techniques by someone who has no argument (rationalization and deflection). Let's see what other techniques you can use without actually making a valid point to the argument.
Why is there a twitter parody account called @Big12Refs in which he basically talks about what he does to help KU win? It is because the KU officiating in the conference has become so bad it is almost comical.

I said they are bias for KU. Refs are not bias against ISU. I think they called the game a lot closer, but not one-sided. And most games I feel that way except KU games.
I will state it over and over and some day you guys may actually notice that it is true; the more aggressive team draws more calls against the opposition. EVERY TIME. Kansas is almost always the more aggressive team in every game they play. When they haven't been this year (@Texas, @KSU, @OSU, @WV, @Fla) they "didn't get the calls they normally do". And shocker, they lost all of those games, not because they "didn't get the calls they normally do" but because they didn't play as aggressive as they normally do.
EVERY tourney upset for Kansas in the last 10 years is the same thing; they come out, play flat and slow with no aggression and get BEAT by the team that played more aggressively. All of a sudden a flat Kansas team finds themselves getting called for a bunch of fouls because the more aggressive team is attacking them and taking it to them. AGAIN, not because they "didn't get the calls they normally do" but because they didn't play as aggressive as they normally do.
Go watch any game that is on right now. Identify which team seems to the eye to be playing with more energy and speed and count the number of fouls called on each team for the next five minutes. I can 100% guarantee that the team that looks more aggressive is getting the "benefit" of the calls.
You assume that it is the jersey getting the play but it's not; it's the style of play. Every team with the same aggressive style of play gets the same calls. Ohio State's aggressive defense? Gets away with murder as ISU witnessed in the tourney last year. Mizzou's "40 minutes of hell" back when Mike Anderson was there? It was really "40 minutes of fouling".
ISU is consistently bringing in higher caliber players and Hoiberg will continually ramp up the aggression of his system. Why? Because it GETS CALLS and wins games. Will you suddenly start to say that ISU is getting the calls because of their jersey? No, it's just the style of play. Will teams that ISU beats start to say that ISU is getting the calls because of their jersey? Yes, because fans watching their teams lose don't like to admit they got outplayed by a better team. They want to believe that they were good enough but unseen forces kept them from having the chance to prove it.
