I have only saw highlights on Friday sports after the game He looks like he is really good by the highlights. I can't see the WHOtv page. Anyone know anything about him? Sorry if this has been posted already.

Might be a good candidate for a gray-shirt offer, because we are pretty loaded at his position in this class and he is a local kid. Seems like the kind of player that if we don't offer, he will end up at UNI and we'll wish we had him.

On the news last night. His Dad is a teacher or Professor at Iowa State, I thought it said.
Quite to trip to get to Ames.

Looks pretty solid to me. He's a one cut and go type of back. That's what we need since our line can only hold a hole open for a fraction of a second. That dancing behind the line crap drives me crazy.

Dancing behind the line would be great if it worked.

Fastest running back in the state and is probably one of the hardest kids in the state to tackle.

Complete guess:

He goes to Iowa Western for two years and ends up at a big-time university.

From what I understand, the coaches, at this point, do not plan on offering Clifford. Preferred walk-on candidate.
Doesn't fit the body type. We are only into recruting ideal height/weight guys who have never produced a thing on the field, not guys who show some ability to play football.

Great runner who knows how to use his blockers and hit holes. He runs straight and makes great cuts without losing speed. His TDs happen fast. No running sideways until something opens up. Most of his success had come right up the middle, not around the ends. He is interested in ISU, but hasn't been given an offer yet.

I see what you did there. Eerily similar to the wide receiver from Valley(or Dowling) who ended up playing baseball at Iowa because we wouldnt offer him a scholarship despite his coach telling the coaches he's the best football player he's ever had come through that HS.
