The Gold Jerseys - A Beauty or a Curse?

Last year we wore the gold jerseys 3 times. All 3 times I thought they were very good looking. Especially against Kansas when the crowd wore gold as well. However we lost all 3 games and they were all relatively close (****). Should we keep wearing them because they are so good looking or stop because they are a curse?

It's the off-season.

they're ugly as h#ll....We wore those hideous yellow jerseys a few years ago against Mizzou in fb. Of course, we lost that game

Wasn't Fred and co. working with Nike on grey uniforms at the beginning of last year. Maybe we'll see those.

I think I remember Fred saying they wouldn't wear those gold jerseys again after the Kansas game. It was said jokingly but coaches can be pretty superstitious so I wouldn't be surprised if we saw something different this year.

We have only worn the gold jerseys against ranked teams (at the time), correct? We should be superstitious and forfeit against ranked teams because we wont win anyways!
That's the real reason we haven't won while wearing them, let's blame something that is real.

I think the yellow jersey curse goes back for a few years. I love how they look and I loved them in the 90s, but they have been nothing but trouble lately. They need to go.
