I think Telep wrote that last fall, then updated it with the parts about Custer and "the assistant coach that left". I don't have staff or AAU person phone #s, but I'd say he's a little dated.
He didn't mention Jaylen Johnson either, which is sad, because I really want him. Hopefully it is outdated like others are suggesting because I would take about 5 players above Terrell.
Ejim and Brackins were from Brewster. Our connection there seemed to be Otz but I'm sure Fred will keep the pipeline open. It's not that crazy of a prediction. Niang is from Tilton too which if I recall is the big rival to Brewster.
Yes he did.
Who they want: First and foremost, they want No. 11 recruit and No. 1 shooting guard Rashad Vaughn. The list also includes power forward Reid Travis, power forward Abdul-Malik Abu, power forward Paul White, power forward Jaylen Johnson, shooting guard Jared Terrell, center Quadri Moore and point guard Kevin Zabo. The Cyclones need more frontcourt pieces and would be unlikely to turn down a wing scorer as well.
If the last guy from Brewster we got 3-4 years ago, it's not a pipeline. Maybe a straw.

Grandstaff with an offer from Xavier today.
I was trying to think of a better term than pipeline but couldn't. A place the staff feels comfortable looking at?
-> Teams and Programs -> Basketball (boys) -> Alumni Players
We are one of only 3 schools to have multiple guys come from Brewster. We have 2. St. John's has 2 and Vermont has 3.
= band nerd asking out the popular cheerleader. Xavier might as well - can't hurt and there's always a slim possibility :spinny:

Huh. Looked it up and you are right. Wonder why he wasn't listed on there.I'm pretty sure Kansas has had at least 2 (Robinson and Tharpe) if not more...
Not worried. I am sure there will be many more in the coming year.
