CB Winfield released from Vikings

We had one glaring need at WR (made bigger by the Harvin trade)...now we have two with CB. I really wanted him to retire as a Viking, but I guess not. Best wishes and good luck in the future to you, Mr. Winfield.

Yes, Winfield is 36 years old and only played about 3/4 of the year (if even that), but the veteran leadership on this team is quickly being sold away. If nothing is done with the CB position, Chris Cook and A.J. Jefferson are going to get torched out there this year!
