I probably do not understand how Cyclones.tv works...I have paid for the one-year subscription, but it will not allow me to listen to the live streaming radio broadcasts. I can watch the replays, etc. and in the past have watched the live telecasts.

It says "Your account does not include access to this content".

I am using a desktop PC running Windows 7. I do not have an Android or Apple Phone, or an iPad so I do not have access to the any "Apps". I have tried it on more than one computer at home and at work and get the same thing.

I thought by paying for the Cyclones.tv subscription you could get any of the "live" events listed on the Website???

I sent a question over a week ago to the "contact us" by have not received an answer. It is frustrating.

I know this sounds simple but did you login?

This is what I'd ask too, I've never had a problem with our radio guys live audio feed if I'm logged in. I'm on a Mac and I refuse to do the microsoft updates it asks for so I'm probably on the low end for compatibility and the audio feeds still always work for me.

You definitely have access to all games live audio with a year sub.

someone else in the gameday thread says not working for them either, so maybe it is just out. I just unsubscribed for the year but hadn't had any issues this year with audio.

Are you using Google Chrome? i just noticed when i tried to get in using google chrome, mine won't work either but if i get in by using windows internet explorer, it works.

I have seen that in the past also. Never can have enough browsers ready to go.

Durring football games I've contacted them and they got back to me within a few minutes.

I am watching on TV so didn't have it going, but I just logged in and it is playing with no problems. So it isn't down.

They got back with me Saturday and reset something in their system today relative to my account and gave me a "new" sign-in name...now it works just fine. So, not on my end, but on their end. Listening to the pregame right now.
