Is Maryland becoming the West Virginia of the Big 10?
They have not, which is why I think something is about to blow up.I think there's a difference between the site owner of a fairly big website making rumors and a couple of random schmucks on a scout board making them. I haven't been paying close attention but I don't think this Maryland site has been coming up with far fetched and dumb rumors every other day.
The SEC is also looking.Big Ten Network talking about it, which is why I think there are legs to this. Delaney will get what he wants, so good bye ACC nice knowing you. FSU, Clemson, Miami, VT come on down!!!
Spreading but still just one original source.
More like the bubonic plague.Sounds like we are talking about a venereal disease.
Being serious though, I'm ******* tired of this realignment ****. ugh.
Rumors continue to persist that the Big Ten could be looking to perform another raid on the ACC. In fact, just this afternoon the 247Sports.com website dedicated to Maryland sports tweeted that Virginia is “
being mentioned as likely to join the B1G, while Georgia Tech — another source of speculation as it relates to the Midwest conference — is still in the mix. The website went so far as to write that North Carolina, “the big domino, has an offer” from the Big Ten. The website goes on to refer to the Tar Heels as “the apocalyptic domino.”
So if espn has a story with just a link to thr original source...does it make it less credible?
Not that it happened, but the point is valid.
