Yes, I believe they said its at least a 10 second delay or maybe even 20 seconds for that exact reason. So, if it cuts out, we know something went wrong.

OK, so since it looks like it'll be a while, can somebody answer for me why the Europeans use a comma where we use a period and vice-versa? Here I am talking about the numerical measurements such as altitude. Example: his altitude is shown as 4.986 meters even though he's 4986 meters above the Earth.
