Things that make you feel old

Seeing the ISU student section where they look like high schoolers and high schoolers like middle schoolers.
1. That my younger sister is a grandmother.
2. Watching kids play sports at ISU and realizing that I also watched their fathers playing sports at ISU (like JJ Moses and Andy Strensrud).
3. Mailings from funeral homes and crematorium societies! Yikes! :swoon:

I listen to a lot of music, and a lot of new music. While there's a lot of stuff that isn't meant for me, I still see the value in it and understand why other people like it. I never thought I'd be one of those people to look down on what kids are listening to and say, "That **** is just noise."

This. A buddy and I gave up our tickets to some family and we bought hillside and went and sat in the student section. We arent even out of our 20's and were sitting there like who in the hell are these weirdos. I felt soooo old. Doesnt help that todays college kids act like theyre 12 and look like theyre about 16.
If the first feeling that pops into your head when seeing the picture in the OP is "old".

Ya I agree, I hadnt really realized that 5 years difference in age is a lot when were talking your 20's!
Sidenote, I dated a 20 yr old this past summer. My god was she dumb.
Ohhhh. Sorry I lived in Chicago when that happened and was 11. I was present for Jeff Woody's similarly iconic run.
