Just want to say Hi and looking forward to playing against you. Last B12 team played was K State in Texas and met many great fans and had a good time. Sure will do the same with you. Though not a warm weather destination NYC is amazing during the Holiday season.... The best RU free board is at ScarletNation.com - Message Boards

Any ?'s you have about NYC area sign up and ask away as will get all you need plus some more there. (yes there may are a few jerks but most will be cordial.) Good luck in the game and hope to meet some new fans there...

Welcome!
Couple rules:
1) Use perfect punctuation, we have grammar police here.
2) :jimlad: is sarcasm.
3) Enjoy your stay on CF!

RU fan here as well...ordering my tickets shortly but fortunately Yankee Stadium is about 1/2 hr drive from the house.

Looking forward to the game! Haven't thought much about IA State until your big win on national TV :spinny:

Is enjoying Cyclone Fanatic a rule? I'm pretty sure some people come here to be tortured...

Not sure if I want a :jimlad: there or not, as it is somewhat true.

wonder what the crowd will be like............many fans from ISU?
We should have 20,000+, maybe more, and another 10,000 football fans ..........I hope

Hi guys! Another Rutgers Fan here from ScarletNation.com. I'm looking forward to a great game between our two teams.

If you have any questions about travel, things to do, and places to stay, feel free to ask!

One suggestion: For those staying over through Sunday, definitely try to get to Times Square for the Ball Drop at Midnight. Just make sure you get there around 6PM on Saturday for prime locations on the square (which is a triangle).

What's this "ball drop" you're talking about? I'm so excited to get the inside scoop on New York culture from a local! :jimlad:

I think its code for passes dropped in some critical RU games that may have meant a possible:rolleyes: BCS game

I like these RU fans already. Weren't the Minnesota fans ****** 2 years ago?

Yeah, but I hate Minnesotans. I like the state, just not the people (except Royce White).
