Maybe we should tell him to throw it at the Iowa secondary. That would get the ball to our players more than they've gotten it so far.
I'm trying to imagine what sorts of flukes and freaky things would have to happen for this game to become at least interesting.
I am ready for Tiller now. Not because of performance, just because there is no sense in putting AA in a position in which he will try to make plays, he could throw picks and lose confidence. We don't need that.
I will say one thing I am happy about is that our DLine and linebackers do seem to stretch more runs out.

I'm really starting to wonder if Tom Herman isn't the problem?
Yes, our defense is getting dominated, BUT they have been playing the entire game. They are gassed. Our offense absolutely CANNOT go 3 and out for -2 yds in their first two series. The offense is supposed to be our strength. We knew the defense was not going to be great, but where's this high powered Tom Herman offense?

That would be a smart move, for those reasons.
Plus, Tiller might throw Iowa off-balance for a series (maybe even get a TD) before the game is absolutely out of reach.
