David Sims charged

It is possible to just plain lose a card. If I saw someone making charges on it, I'd report it as stolen too. I may have left it in a bar though, and it was picked up by someone. Not quite as "stolen".

And since there's no "theft" part involved, I'm guessing there isn't one.

*note: Not condoning his actions or saying they're ok, because they're stupid, but its my interpretation of what's going on.

That's what I was trying to say in the other thread. It doesn't matter what you or I think. The court will look at this as misuse of the credit card. They will not look at it as stealing the credit card itself.

I guess I would say the racist attitude is coming from you. He was only speaking for players getting in trouble. You linked trouble to race.

Yeah, im not sure where the racist part came from. This situation applies to David Sims, or Ben Lamaak.

Nope, I didn't make that link. I'm just drawing a conclusion. Obviously, the poster linked more talented players to those who get in trouble more often. I did make the link that the percentage of better athletes are black, which is a bit racist.

Agreed. I would say 2 but that would put him out of the Iowa game and I am sorry but when it comes to the Iowa game, my morality isn't all that high. I hate those ****ers.

Nothing says they have to be 2 consecutive games.

You tell me how someone comes to the conclusion that you can't field a good football team without players who get can't stay out of trouble?

For the record, I don't think Sims should get more than a 1 game suspension.

Which is true. Which of the power schools are completely clean? None. Sometimes the more talented players come from a rougher background. They can be black or white. You determined he meant black, he didn't. He meant risky. If you want to say that the more risky players are black, that's up to you, but he certainly didn't make that statement.

"No it wasn't me... ok yes it was me.."

Right now, on Keeler's blog, the poll option, "Give him the boot" is winning.

I think giving him the boot is over the top for his offense. In all actuality, maybe he should be given the boot for being one of the biggest idots around. Maybe Rhoads doesn't want such a moron on the team. I'm mean really, who finds a credit card, sees someone else's name on it and decides its a good idea to use it? Maybe if he had been drinking. Thats about the only explanation. If he was sober and used someone else's cc, then he's one of the dumbest fools around.

You just said it. If you kick off all talented but troubled players, you are left with a program that will have to go play in CUSA.

David Sims just happens to be black. The previous statement could be made regardless of what race the talented but troubled player is.

Will you be cheering him on this fall when he is on the field?
