Also Freddy beat out Hurl Beachum for that award.

Ted Burbach played at ISU, but his stay was brief. I think he was here 1 year. I'm not sure where he went later.

Hoiberg and Beechum were Co Mr. Basketballs, what a joke.

Hoiberg was Mr. Basketball.

Hoiberg, Beechum, and Rodney Wallican from Waterloo East were tri-captains of the 3A All-Tournament team in 1991. Still, it was a joke as Hoiberg and Ames completely domintated the tournament that year, including Beechum's DSM North team.
