If PCSA does get passed in its current version, the super league breakaway won't be permitted.
How wouldn't it be permitted? Specifically saying there can be no "super league". I doubt that would stand up in court. It would be like Congress passing a rule that the NFL, NBA or MLB can't expand or create their own playoff structures.
And there is always a work-around. The Big 10 & SEC could just pull out of the current CFB structure and decide their respective Conferences would provide their own governance rules. Then what's to stop them from creating their own CFP among the 2 conferences?
