I hope so much they are able to rebuild. There aren’t many options in Nevada and its been a staple for decades.

Then right before they ended for the year last year the owner passed but her partner continued on.

Now this.

I find the love for them weird especially for hoping they come to a metro. Like ok cool stop while on a vacation but they're probably not going to be in your normal routine unless you live right where they build. I'm more interested when a Kwik Star opens

I was surprised at that Kwik Star on the south edge of Ankeny, they dropped some serious coin on that one with the large truck lot included with it. Nice facility though.

I would guess someone is going to have to cough up some money to rebuild and reopen Starbucks in Nevada unless they have a wicked good insurance policy. I'd be surprised by that because they haven't put a dime into the building in 15 years. I would guess insurance check <<<< cost to rebuild.

Way back when there was DQ on one side of Nevada and Starbucks on the other. Starbucks was everything DQ wished it could be.

I believe the fire chief came up with that. $175k structure and $100k for everything inside.

I would be shocked if it could be rebuilt for that.
