What's streaming that's good TV/movies

Anybody watch Mike and nick and nick and Alice on Hulu? Comedy movie directed/written by BenDavid Grabinski, who I was aware of but he apparently went to J-school at Iowa State and I’m the same age so I’m sure I ran into him at some point. Crazy

Anyone else notice an insane amount of Sophie Cunningham commercials on distressed student loan debt solutions? I have to role my eyes every time these come on which is often on HULU. Please Please Please, WNBA star who never had 1 cent of student loan debt: please educate me on student debt loan repayment options. Good grief.. OK end rant.

I kept seeing reviews and promos on how good the new series on Netflix from the Duffer Bros (Stranger Things) new series Something Very Bad is Going to Happen was. Gave it shot. Bored to tears after 4 episodes. Won't finish it.

Went back to the Nordic noir genre a couple of weeks ago.

Watched "The Investigation", a Danish six-parter that focuses on the investigation of the murder of Kim Wall, a journalist.
True story. Well done, and does not focus on the sensationalism of a murderer as so many programs do. HBO Max.

Now watching "Occupied", also on HBO Max, a story about Russia invading Norway with the approval of the EU after Norway's prime minister decides to rid Norway - and the rest of the world - of its dependance on fossil fuels. Obviously, the rest of the world does not agree. Lots of interesting questions to think about...is protecting citizens just collaboration? When and how does a country insinuate itself into another country without firing a shot? Is the hero a collaborator or is he doing the right thing? And so on. It's a good one.
