***Official 2026 NCAA Tournament Thread***

Does that really make fans mad in 2026?! I have a theory… It really should be “big brother“ you know the big brother that was pretty talented. Pretty well liked but his brother that’s three years younger is just a little taller a little bigger a little faster a little better looking and overshadowed him.

;) It’s never really seemed like an effective slam to me… And let’s be honest when we’re jabbing at our rivals I mean, we want to be witty and humorous and better at it, right… Do better
This is embarrassing

little brother says what?

you have NoCreativity

Really…. never in 100 years have you heard somebody say that and you and I both know lots of big brothers and sisters for that matter that ended up with younger siblings that were more talented athletically than them. In fact I have six kids and they have lots of friends… I’ve seen it personally many many times.

I am indeed quite creative. And a message board fan trying to tell me I’m not, probably isn’t going to have a very big effect on me. Do you think?

No of course not ;)

you guys should use the ignore button. it makes annoying little bros like him just fade away into nothing.
Fair point and I guess I’m just confused how the mods haven’t regulated this with a ban. I haven’t put anyone on ignore before and I’m definitely reaching my limit.

Sideline reporter seems miffed with Sampson’s answer, but really, try not to ask the same question twice if you don’t want the same answer twice
Sideline reporters are stupid. My favorite answer of all time was USC Coach John Robinson who was leading Alabama (w / Bear Bryant) 3-0 at halftime in 1977. The idiot asked him what he was going to do in the 2nd half, and Coach Robinson said: "Kick another Field Goal", smiled and trotted off.

it takes a lot of luck in addition to having skilled teams. he had 2 teams at ISU that were better than his team this year.

None of his teams defended at ISU though and really didn't have an identity on O a lot of the time. People paint it as this dipsey doo dunkaroo style and they weren't.

Nebraska defended this year (except the last few minutes of this game) and it was largely why they succeeded.

I'm not sure if they've had it for a lot of the season.

Still really god with exceptional young players but missing the edge from last year.
They've gotten a little better offensively with a guy like Flemmings they typically don't have but they aren't as physically imposing. Still very tough but not at same level.
