***2026 Winter Olympics (Milano Cortina) Thread***

10 minutes of 3 on 3 with those Canadian forwards. Hope I'm wrong but don't love the Czechs chances.

Random odd question...but has anyone ever medaled in events that were unrelated? Like a medal winning downhill skier also getting a medal in bobsledding? Or a hockey player also medaling in curling? Is that even allowed? Can you compete in "unrelated" events?

Are you asking about the same Olympics? Or can it be different years?

Ester Ledecká of the Czech Republic became the first athlete to win gold medals in two different sports at the same Winter Olympics, achieving this feat at the 2018 PyeongChang Games. She won the women’s Alpine skiing super-G and the women’s snowboarding parallel giant slalom

Very cool...I figured if it had been done it wouldn't involve a team sport...but still very cool! Now if you could do Super-G and Ice Dancing or something...that would be a feat!

This annoys me so much, we have the second best team in the Olympics and you play like an underdog trying to gut out a win. Frustrating this team brought Miller who likes to point at his teammates to defend as he ***** up his own coverage.
