TCU's in that not bad/not bad category that's hung with good teams but lost to bad teams or struggled to put teams away.

Things haven't been good lately but they may due to put one together.

Would be an underrated win if ISU can do it.

One of my favorite football seasons is 2014, we went 2-10 but won at Iowa!

2002 is also a nice one, 7-7 (Seneca's senior year, started 5-0) but won at Iowa. They were otherwise 11-0 during the regular season, finished ranked #3, and probably would have been playing for the National Championship if they hadn't lost to us.
