Drake is a troll (almost in his name) but come on man. And Nick Marovets isn't too far behind him at times.
Big 12 is not kicking Iowa State out of the conference, nor even considering anything close to that.

People listen to Locked On? They have so little credibility they may as well be the Mike Zero of the sports world. Terrible content from that pack of basement dwellers.

So, I’m assuming that if the B12 is going to kick out ISU because of its financials that Rutgers, Iowa and Ohio State are about to get kicked out of the B1G for their financials? Total troll job is all this is.

He has been pretty complimentary of ISU in the past, uh oh. ISU is pretty good in ratings, conference may force them to take the new credit line if they dont get this figured out.

Not just pretty good, we were top of the Big 12 in average viewership for football.

It's absolutely a clickbait title, but basically it's just rehashing what Pollard said months ago --- that we need to change our budget in order to be able to fund revenue sharing and that for the first years we're using savings to max it out.

They make a poor comparison between Rutgers and Iowa State, but overall it's just a bit sensationalist. Nick at least makes it a point to call out that the universities in Iowa cannot share revenue with athletics, which is somewhat unique.

Still don't think I'll be listening to locked on much.

Why at all?

This is how it should be nationwide. If congress gets involved, I will hope banning this practice would be part of the passed law. JMU has a fee of $2,362 per student per year towards athletics.

Locked On in general is TERRIBLE
There is a Locked On Cyclones channel that is full of clickbait titles. Must be a requirement.

Example of one of their video titles:
Huge: Iowa State will struggle against Kansas State if they start slow

Locked On in general is TERRIBLE
I disagree. I enjoy a handful of Lock On podcasts that provide great information. However, the Cyclone one is the worst I've seen as the host is horrible and is not in my rotation.

The Locked On Cubs used to be absolutely horrible with hosts changing every few months and never on a routine schedule. Since Matt and Sam have been doing it, it's one of the best. The hosts are everything and the Locked On Cyclone host is a joke.

I just don’t like the way they format their titles.

SHOCKING:

I’m simply not paying attention to an organization that operates that way.

I’ve tried locked on cyclones and locked on big 12. Both are absolutely garbage.

Not going to disagree on the headline thing because that is annoying. However, you may have picked the worst two podcasts on the network. I like Cubs, Broncos, Avalanche Locked On but the hosts are good and the information is top shelf.
