He’s kinda went all over the place from what I can tell. What even is Post Malone? Country? Rap? Auto tune pop? I literally have no idea.
Don’t get as a pair or don’t just like personally?
Post started as rap then went country, kind of sings everything. I assume this will be more country since that is his new stuff. What even is Post Malone? Country? Rap? Auto tune pop? I literally have no idea.
You might want to sit down for this news.................bring in Gordon Lightfoot. then i'd go
I like both. Been back into country since having kids and don't have to worry about language nearly as much. Kids still point out every dam* or sh** they hear being 5, 7 and 9.No, I just don't get people's enjoyment of them. Early Post Malone wasn't too bad, but I just don't get why anyone like Jelly Roll.
I love to see more concerts in Ames. In the 1970's and 80s , Hilton was one of the most popular concert venues in the Midwest. Great way to bring in people outside of sports.
That said, I'm a bit skeptical about an outdoor concert at Jack Trice on April 11th. Average high temp for that date in Ames is 56-59 and average low is 36-38. Heck, we could easily see snow on that date. Now there's a chance to sell alcohol!!
Welcome to IowaSo we are only getting country acts? Cool, thanks JP.
I think he meant the other country dude that's coming in April.July 11
I’ve seen plenty of good shows in Iowa that weren’t country and I guess Post is r&b and country and whatever else you want to call him. I’d just like to see a bit more diversity as this is the 3rd now.Welcome to Iowa
I’ve seen him in concert and it was a great show. This may be is country stuff though.Post has some certified bangers at least
The setlist from this tour last year that's on wikipedia has basically all the hits on it FWIWI’ve seen him in concert and it was a great show. This may be is country stuff though.

Funny how they can serve alcohol for events like this at JTS, but not serve alcohol to the general public at football and basketball games.
Watching the ISU/KSU game on TV on Sunday, and I noticed when they had a tight shot of the one of the benches the fan sitting behind the bench had a Busch Lite can under his chair, so KSU is serving beer to the fans, but not ISU.
Been happening forever. I remember seeing Dave Attell do a bit at Hilton some 20 years ago. Free event but they were selling beer allFunny how they can serve alcohol for events like this at JTS, but not serve alcohol to the general public at football and basketball games.
