Y'all don't think Campbell can have a top 20 team with some of the BEST players from an 8-4 team? Y'all realize injuries were the biggest reason we were 8-4 instead of 10-2 or better, right? And that Campbell is going to get 4 and 5 star players from elsewhere to combine with those former ISU players........ right!?!?

Hunter Sowell was a walk-on I believe at Iowa State. So does Caleb Bacon’s little brother get a spot at PSU?
At this point who cares about transfer outs. Focus on transfer in and the guys who want to be here.

Injuries are why we lost at home to a decimated Arizona State right? There were plenty of coaching errors last year that prevented 10+ wins.
Top 20 wont be good enough for PSU, especially if Indy or Oregon wins a natty. He needs a CCG appearance with his schedule and at least a win in the CFP. That is what people are laughing about. If you see who left when Campbell was hires, he lost ALOT of talent.

Yep, how many games did he and the defense carry the team and win games over the years? I think that’s what’s going to be most interesting to me going forward with Matt and Penn State.
Campbell will miss Heacock. He built his offense around what Heacock did.
He's a really good dude that the kids like. That goes a long way at that level. Not sure he's ready for the big step up.

Hansen in portal & Sama (gone to Wisky) so who is gonna be our RB1 and/or RB2 next year with Vorhees staying in Pullman? Are there bigger targets for ISU out there? Or does ISU think they convince Hansen to return still?
He won't have a loss like that in 26. Because he's actually interested in coaching where he's at.
To me its more about the buying power a school like Ped State should have. They should be able to compete for and pay the top of market players. Its not surprising he’s going with the familiarity though. But their fanbase isn’t impressed with a lot of these guys so far either. It doesn’t matter what we think.
Just the last two years, Heacock won two games against Iowa, twice against Kansas State, two years ago against Houston, he pulled his weight against Colorado this year and Tech in 2024. You take that away, we were probably a 5-7 team two years in a row. I’ll scream this again and again, Konrardy and Heacock paved the way for Campbell and Becht to go to Penn State.
Or at Colorado which was just a terrible loss!
That and the first half against Cincinnati was plain awful.
