No, it’s not at all. Campbell went 3-9 and lost ever close game his first year in Ames. Rodgers had a total rebuild in Pullman

Well for example Iowa State was going to take any money it may have made from the Players Era tournament and put it in the general fund. Every other school was going to give it to the players directly. One of several philosophical decisions the coaches would like changed to be more like their peers.

Why isn't he listening to his coaches....they have all EARNED the right to be listened to and trusted in this area!

You are literally looking at a completely new team every year. Anyone who shows promise is off to a better offer. We are basically an group of 5 feeder program without the work blum did to raise funds.
