If Campbell takes the job and it's sounding like it's happening, good for him. He stayed at ISU a lot longer than many people in the media predicted he would. Taking the PSU job will sit him up financially for the rest of his life, and they have the recruiting and resources that ISU can only dream about. But taking the job does have the caveat that he must win big there, beating the Oregon's, Ohio State's and Michigan's of the conference. If he is around .500 against those teams, getting them into the playoffs 2/4 years, which should not be a problem at Penn State, then he will be fine there.
What really sucks for us if he makes the move is we are so late in the cycle that many of the top choices that would have taken the ISU job are already at their new school, Golesh being the prime example.
