The Fuskers appear to have gotten their franchise QB

So, is Dylan tranferring too then and his brother didn’t want to sign his LOI until Dylan concluded his transfer portal experience?

Cause that would be fantastic.

Also, QB transfer coming off of offseason surgery, that’d make him a target for Kirk right?
Their backup played really good against UCLA and the majority of the fanbase was already packing Dylan’s bags. It is crazy but with NIL I honestly don’t blame them. If the backup freshman is a better fit in Hogorson’s system you probably pay him instead of the 1 more year or Dylan.

Local Husker radio guys were speculating this morning. So your #1 son is the QB at Nebraska, gets sacked or hit many, many times a game. The OL there can't protect him. Why would you send son #2 there?

I haven't watched A LOT of Nebraska but the game I really did watch - Minnesota, he took an absolute beating and looked terrible.

That was by far Nebraska's worst game of the year but he is super slow and has no pocket presence. Great arm, but slow and poor decision maker doesn't make you a very good college qb. It would be best for both parties if he moved on.

Just for the record, Nebraska's more-mobile backup did indeed look good against UCLA, and I'd bet he'll be fine in their last two games. Diehards have also been salivating about a four-star (top-five QB nationally) 2027 commit. So I doubt Dayton would've seen the field, even with a year head start on the touted recruit. But why he'd commit then decommit right before signing day is a little confusing

Raiola was looking around last year. Not sure why any QB with NFL aspirations would go to Nebraska. Who was the last Nebraska QB that had any impact in the NFL? Vince Ferragamo?

This. I would be so pissed if Dylan Raiola was the cyclones QB. He acts and dresses like he's the 2nd coming of Mahomes, when he has a fraction of the talent.

Oh by the way, Nebraska paid well over a million to sign him, and they have what the Pinstripe Bowl as a pelt on the wall?? He sucks and he's severely overpaid. You reap what you sow Nebraska
