New Iowa State Apparel

So we have as far as i can see on endorsements

Brock: Adidas
Jayden: Adidas
Jaylin: ??
Will: ??
TJ: ??
Tyrese: Puma

Is it possible we would make a switch to Adidas if the money is right? I HATE the uniforms that Adidas puts out... but they're getting better.

Oh you say that now, but you wouldn't like it if I came to the white out dressed all in black...
In that case, I probably would be able to pick you out of a crowd. In other words, I WOULD be able to tell you from Adam.

A few schools have made some changes recently:
- Texas Tech left UA for Adidas in 24. Notably Mahomes is an Adidas guy.
- Auburn left UA for Nike
- South Carolina leaving UA for Nike in 2026
- Tennessee leaving Nike for Adidas
- Penn St leaving Nike for Adidas

A few years ago, UA had to pay UCLA like $68M in a messy deal with UCLA moving to Nike/Jordan.

I don’t know the economics of which providers are best. ISU doesn’t have is many “T Shirt fans”, so I don’t see us becoming a Jordan school overnight.

Nike is consistent, if boring. They use the same templates over and over. Their fan apparel quality seems to have gotten worse?

Adidas makes some high quality fan apparel, but they apparently lack a “cool” factor. Some of their more creative designs have been duds in years past.

UA may not be in good financial shape, though maybe they’re probably looking to be a big player again?

Would Puma ever get in the college world? That would be interesting.

If ISU ever leaves Nike it’s going to be a dark day. Nike’s fan apparel clears everyone else’s and it’s not particularly close.

Adidas fan gear is the worst of the worst. UA is pretty much out of the college game save for a few big name programs.

Looks like Houston, Marquette, Cincy as well. Def a small group
You forgot Michigan. Im pretty sure the original plan was to have 1 Jordan school per P5 conference with those teams being UNC, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan and UCLA but that obviously got out of whack with conference realignment.

Report back if it stays super soft after washing a couple of times. Many clothing manufacturers will put a fabric softener on their new clothes so they feel super soft in the store, but once you wash it once or twice you can never get that same feel even if you are rinsing it with softener in your wash.
I have a couple Rhoback shirts and they have held up great.

I believe those 5 schools are the only schools that wear Jordan exclusively/across all sports. Houston, Cincy etc. only wear Jordan brand in basketball. I assume there are tiers within Jordan.

I believe you are right and I want to say Cincy was actually the first school to wear anything with the Jordan brand on it but I'm not positive on that.
