I am always on the lookout for new ISU gear. I still need to buy a few things from the vintage WeWill collection, but I will @brentblum!

But I found this gem the other day. I actually really love this brand, even before they started their 'Gameday' collection. Both the red and black hoodies are slick, but I like the black a bit better. They sell out FAST, fyi.

Yeah, I don't really love the 'red' they chose. If it was a deeper red maybe? But the black is sharp. Great brand.

I find the cyclone script to be so boring and unoriginal. Do kids like it because cursive is exotic to them since they never learned to read/write it? Its literally just the word cyclone written very plainly. My least favorite ever. The I State has become iconic nationally. Make fun of the tiger hawk, but nationally everyone recognizes it. I State, Walking Cy, Spinning Chicken, tornado all greatly superior to cyclone IMHO.

My 2 cents… it’s an unoffensive way to promote our unique mascot. I agree that the generic cursive is boring, but the arched helmet font is classy and well done. It’s like U of Florida orange helmet with “Gators.” A timeless look.

Wish they used the vintage walking cy and not the modern one. We should really drop the modern one and use retro walking cys exclusively when cy is needed.
