Well done sirWhat is OD doing playing that as an away game anyway?
Because we have new transfer/young WR’s that need run and chemistry with the QB. If all you ask him to do is handoff, you’re not using his skills to their full ability.I still don’t understand why ISU didn’t just run the ball down their throats the entire game. They could have scored on that defense almost at will with zero pass attempts on the afternoon.
That was completely the product of about 4 holds. And Abu had an 85 yd TD called back
Yeah that was an impressive amount of holding on that play. I wasn’t even mad because I think almost everyone held someone. That was completely the product of about 4 holds.
He was not perfect but TE should have caught the INT and Sowell missed another catch that would have been first down. He hasn't had too many targets but seems to have missed as many as he caught unfortunately. He was not good. Missed some easy throws IMO
Arizona may beat us, but I guarantee we play much better than we did today. On 3rd and long to that ASU QB.
FWIW, Fafita is better than the ASU guy + # 21 is a bad ass RB for Arizona.
I think the Arizona @ ISU game in two weeks is going to be a high scoring back and forth affair.
Cannot wait for that game!
There were maybe four straight up takedowns on the right side.Yeah that was an impressive amount of holding on that play. I wasn’t even mad because I think almost everyone held someone.
Missed 4 pts on kicks due to hurt K. Hope he's okayIt's hard to believe ISU had 450 yards of offense.
It was a bad game plan. Period. We ran the ball well we just didn’t put it together. Coupled with a couple missed easy catches and an unbelievably stupid roughing the punter and you end up with a one score win. I think we come out and dominate Arizona with a week off
Second week in a row where special team mistakes affected momentum.Yea if you had to pick just one play that changed things it was the roughing the punter. We go down and score then maybe we get rolling a little more
Yes, there was plenty of panic.Haven’t read any of this thread but I’m sure there was some panic. It wasn’t pretty but a win is a win is a win! Bye is coming at a perfect time. Get some rest, heal up and get ready for the Big 12 games. Go Clones!
