I like that not being called targeting. Defender clearly lead with the shoulder. Helmet contact was inadvertent and partially caused by the receiver lowering his head into the contact.

You're right that we've been called for similar though. I think they went too far with over calling targeting, hopefully it's being reigned in a bit.

This is one of those games that could be played 100 times and TCUs winning every time. UNC doesn’t belong on the field with them.
