Huggy needs to make sure that more of his guys take to the streets and start raging. I mean hey they can't all be caught right? The police will just start to look the other way like the refs right?

No coach likes the summer break...way too many opportunities for things to go south. They always want the players back in a nice, controlled schedule.

There has actually been 9 other road rage incidents at WVU. But you can't expect the police to respond to every one of them. They'll never get anything else done. You have to pick and choose which ones to go after.
