According to Sports Reference:
18 conference road losses in a row for ISU. Starting 11/5/94 until 10/9/99.
Also had a 15 game streak from 11/26/05 until 10/10/09.

Throw in the tie at OSU in 1994, and it's even worse.

No road wins period from Nov 1991 (Missouri) to Sep 1998 (Iowa). [0-30-1]
No road wins in conference from Nov 1991 (Missouri) to Oct 1999 (Missouri). [0-27-1]

Got to give the KU defense some credit. They have a lot of guys flying around and rallying to the ball. Still not very good, but they have good effort today. Maybe Les is more.

I was there. That fumble through the end zone for a touchback was a pretty painful thing to watch.

I was there also. Just remember thinking to myself "we're not really going to lose to Baylor, are we? Are we?!"

2005 remains the biggest "what if" season in my fandom. 3 losses in OT, among many other bad breaks.

Okay, KU has given up in this game. Still looks like they have a few guys of defense that can play. Their OL is really bad. We better not let P. Williams go wild this year.
