Worse half or better half?

After the first half, I was assuming that was probably the worst half in the Holberg era, or even longer. Second half, we outscored them 59-33. Possibly the best half I've ever seen.

So for those that have better memories than I, has there been a worse half than the first of tonight, or a better half than the second?

@WideRtNattyLt: If you ever wanted to compare McDermott ball for half a game and Hoiball for the other half, you got your wish, and there's a clear winner.

First OU game is close. First half minus last minute or so up 10 second half fell down 20. 30 point negative swing. This game down 21 get to up 9. 30 point positive swing.

The first half was tough to watch. Im sure there are other candidates for the all time...but tonight was probably the most ive seen this team struggle in a couple years. That said, the second half was pretty d@#n good. There cant be many examples like that period (give the situation)

Right. I just meant strictly by half. I can't remember, in recent memory, a worse half than the first or a better half than the second. I was hoping someone with more knowledge could give me some crazy stat.

"I don't like offense so i the first half was more enjoyable" - said no one ever.

The final 20 minutes is just a reminder what these guys can do. So many different weapons on the offensive end. Heck even the second half defense was pretty good. Jameel really looked like the leader out there. Kept the huddle even when things were really bad in the first half.

I think you may have misunderstood the question.

I honestly think that we scored the least amount of point and the most amount of points in a half in the history of Hoiball tonight. Anyone wanna fact check that for me?

I preferred the second half personally. Dumb question.

I'm sure there's been worse halfs. Given what most of us consider to be the talent level- perhaps not as frustrating a half however.

Be pretty hard to top that 2nd half though. The OSU game back in 92(?) maybe, but that went overtime, and I think we were only down 17?

Haven't seen the post if it's been put out, but what is the biggest comeback at Hilton?

They said on TV that we tied it tonight at 21.

ISU scored in the 2nd half alone what Virginia scores for a game on average...

This game describes our season perfectly. We are very bipolar. Lets just hope second half team shows up in the tourney

Wondered that myself, haven't had time to research it .... probably someone else has posted it in one thread or another.

I'm guessing this one was the record - 21 points. And 22-0 run has to be close to a Hilton mark.
