Plus more snow tomorrow (1-2" over southern Iowa) and cold temps through most of February.
76 in Dallas today. Gonna grill some steaks for dinner tonight.
Enjoy dripping in sweat while grilling in the 100’s this summer, I’ll be enjoying the 70’s and 80’s here in the midwest.

Your welcome. At the airport leaving Dallas right to head back to Iowa just as the weather gets real nice. That said the cooler weather here was still much nicer than the snow in Iowa
Winter rules. I simply couldn't handle not having seasons.
This one shouldn't be too bad. Not too heavy and light winds. Also the average high temp is now above freezing!
That this somehow qualifies as good news just makes me that much more irritated. I think I'm done with winter.
Temp anomalies through the end of February look to be 0 to -10C so its going to be chilly through the end of February it looks like.
Agreed it doesn't mean we will warm up but on average we are very close to an upswing. Also kind of interesting to see how this winter measures up (pun intended) with averages. At least in CR we are above average but just out of the top 10 totals to this point and well behind the top ten for the season.
