A sad day as former Drake great Willie McCarter has passed away. There are so many stories of his ‘69 team and how they electrified the nation. This led to Maury John helping to open Hilton as head coach and he actually did pretty well before dying from cancer. Willie outlived him by many years. God Bless those people. So many stories.
