My opinion….It’s a long season. We just got through the toughest part of our entire schedule without one of our starters. We’d have to lose more than four games the rest of the way, and even then we might still have a shot at a three seed. Our resume is still good. Our schedule softens big time but still offers plenty of opportunity. Look at past season three seeds and their resumes and their records. We are not even close to going below that.

I think some are being emotional instead of logical and overreacting due to losing three in a row and having their 1 seed expectations hurt. So the sky is falling now and the team can’t be good anymore. The answer is in between. Team lost its juice after Arizona and it sucks but they’ll get it back.
Ok, I still like 3.5 as a bookie.

It’s trending that way if the way we are playing doesn’t change soon.
I agree that if we play like we have the last two games, we likely won't win another game all year. I do not see that happening.

This weekend is pretty key. Lose and I don’t see UCF being a win on the road. That would be 5 losses in a row. Wouldn’t have thought that was possible going into the year.

Nope that KSU game really screwed things up. Losing @ AZ and @ KU wouldn't be that bad. I'm optimistic though that we'll figure things out. Winning the next two would be ginormous

Not really ISU related but more seed related, so I was listening to the Joe Lunardi segment on ESPN with his top 16 (and Joe is one of the more reliable bracketologists in the business) and they were talking about the seed ceiling of teams with Texas Tech and he said their ceiling is a 3 seed which is where they currently reside which utterly baffled me so Lunardi is implying that even if they run the table which would be a Big 12 regular season and conference title with wins over Houston twice, Arizona twice, at Kansas and Baylor plus whoever they beat in the tournament that they're a 3 seed at best? Absolutely no way. They probably can't reach the 1 seed line because the out of conference has no quality but, come on, a Big 12 Champ is a 2 seed at minimum.
Just seems like a dig at the Big 12 IMO.

Yeah um no.

Yeah um no.
You gotta give him credit. He has been around long enough on the biggest sports network for years and for awhile he was the only one doing this so he was the expert. But as years went on he’s become a joke honestly. As you can see on the matrix rankings he’s awful. But even worse at this is Palm who ranks 164th. Oof.
