6 guys played in the NBA. 2 were drafted. And 3 of those guys I wouldn’t even consider rotation players. Either way, those teams weren’t in the 7-5 equivalent for basketball teams.
1st or 2nd rated RB going into the bowl season. Even though the relative value of RBs has declined, the first couple get drafted pretty high, low 1st round-mid 2nd. Breece needs to get paid.

Miller: 47 games, 33.0 sacks (0.702 per game)
McDonald: 41 games, 29.0 sacks (0.707 per game)
It's pretty clear number 9 has a higher ceiling. Will be interesting how he does on Sundays.
He may achieve that in the non conference almost.
This D looks seriously strong headed into the spring guys.
Pass rush, corners, serviceable LB's, Beau Freyler and Craig McDonald up the middle at safety. I think this all points to a top 3 defense in the Big 12 with the potential to be the best defense in the big 12.
Von had 33 in 47 games. Will has 29 in 35. For comparison...

Will currently sits tied for 34th all time nationally. He sits 6.5 away from 3rd all time, 13 away from 2nd, and 16 away from 1st. Likely not going to catch first place but not impossible for him to catch 2nd place, especially if he gets one or two in this year's bowl game.
