WOW. I mean good news bad news. Best defensive player in the league, no shot at a 1st rounder this year (not that I necessarily think he would go round 1 but he could be a fast rising workout warrior type).

So this definitely reads that he read the knocks on him: right now draft analysts do love his pass rushing ability. But are not sold on him as a run defender, and do not ultimately being a 3 down player. See him as more of a pass rushing specialist.
I think this is him wanting to become that complete player. Adding size to his frame could definitely do that. But hopefully he makes sure he does that without sacrificing explosiveness.
Please stop, my Will McDonald can only get so strong and fast...
He would be a mid to late round pick depending on his combine etc. if he went out now. Would be seen as a high-risk, high-reward pass rush specialist.
