There's 47 tickets left on StubHub and the cheapest are $90. I don't think people are too down on it.

I'm pumped up for the game. Every Cyclone fan I know is pumped for the game and to actually get the season started. I would love to go to the game, but I can't justify paying the price of the tickets people are asking for on stubhub.

Man, reading this board, listening to sports radio, podcasts, friends, co workers, etc. nobody is excited for this game it seems?

Tickets are going unsold on here and stubhub.

We have a chance to pummel our in state rival at home. Is everyone preparing the nut cups? Is it because of no Fred? Is it our friends to the east doing so well in Football? A hangover from our football season?

Just seems so strange for the number 4 team in the nation.

This game isn't getting the build up as the last 2 years mainly because Iowa fans are still smelling the roses and don't really care about this game. I've tried looking at other Iowa boards to see what their saying about the game, but there just isn't a lot of discussion or excitement on their end. I tried to talk to some Iowa fan co-workers but 50% didn't even know the game was this week and another 40% didn't care. Also look at the players, Monte and Niang are trying to troll Iowa fans and McKay tweeted that his excitement for the game was unreal while the Iowa players are downplaying the rivalry. All of the excitement, buzz, and energy for the game is completely one sided right now.

I just took a 14 hour international flight in order to get back in time for the game. I'm up for it. A beat down of EIU in BB is the perfect chaser for their Saturday football game.

I more nervous cuz they are a good team, we have been spurty and inconsistent at times, and our guys have talked a lot of ****. They have every reason to want to make Georges eat his words.
