Done! Please change title to Whorns Down. Thank you.
Just a random observation from the game yesterday...Nearly every time they showed fans on video boards, they would make the "horns down" gesture. I get that if we are actually playing Texas. But, why do we feel the need to use a derogatory gesture targeting a soon to be former league member when we are playing someone else? I had absolutely zero thoughts about Texas when I entered the stadium.
I couldn't see Brock doing that. Make it a 38-0 lead and Dekkers doing it instead.I hope we’re up 21-0 with two minutes left against Texas. Brock runs for a first down to end the game, right in front of a cameraman on the Texas sideline, tosses the ball to a ref and gives the double horns down tonthe Texas sideline on his way to getting in victory formation.
It is the definition of derogatory...I assume no one is doing it to show their love for Texas. I'm sure the actual decision makers in Texas are going to see it and change their minds about leaving if everyone does Horns Down when they are playing non conference FCS opponents.Texas is a greedy school that doesn’t care about anyone else and is putting our athletic department’s future in a tough bind, but you’re going to call the horns down derogatory and not bash on Texas for what they did? Lolerskates.
No reason to give more money to that school by purchasing legitimate merch. Will just make them richer. It be best if people would rock the wrongs down symbol next week when game day is in town. It’s be a thing of beauty to see 20 or so home made Texas flags upside down, 100 or so horns down shirts and everybody throwing a horns down in the background when they have the crowd behind the guys talking in the morning.
Hopefully Tess and G-Mac can call that game, as G-Mac did a 'Horns Down after he took the final knee in the BCS Championship Game vs. Texas in January 2010.I hope we’re up 21-0 with two minutes left against Texas. Brock runs for a first down to end the game, right in front of a cameraman on the Texas sideline, tosses the ball to a ref and gives the double horns down tonthe Texas sideline on his way to getting in victory formation.
