Which Newcomer You Most Excited For?

Malou is obviously the biggest mystery because most of his tape is him dunking on horrible competition. And in the video I've seen from him at Yuba, he didn't get the ball as much as you would expect for a top 10 JUCO recruit. JUCO ball isn't very big-friendly on offense.

I hope he comes with some aggression and confidence because 6'9" with his athleticism could be a huge asset on the defensive end.

100% agree, If Monte is not tired....he should be on the floor.

I think the main difference this upcoming year is there are high quality reserves to allow Monte get a extra few minutes of rest in games with out a drop off in play. There were a few games last year where Monte was in for nearly the full 40 minutes and looked to be laboring in the final stretch run. If Monte plays 32 minutes at 100% effort instead of 39 at 85% effort the team will be better, especially with the replacements being Jackson and a more experienced Cooke. (Monte is already on record that less minutes will allow him to go full out in those minutes)

Malou just because if he isn't as good as advertised or takes a year to adjust we are in for a world of hurt
Long next because I think he looks like he could be an awesome all around player
Young
Babb

I vote for Nick Babb, a kid who has a little bit of D1 experience. His brother was a hell of a defender, hoping somebody can play defense for us next year.

I like Donovan Jackson. He's got a little "Wes Washpun" attitude and style of play. Good backup for Monte Morris. I think he could be a good "end of game" player when we need a three to win. When everyone is double teaming Monte Jackson can take it to the rim or pass to the outside.

How can you pick just one? Solomon Young is long and athletic, Jakolby Long is a lock down defender (ISU needs someone like that), Malou is another long athlete and he is very explosive first step, Donovan Jackson looks like he will be able to compliment Monte, plus stretch the floor with his outside game. Sorry, but they are like Lays Potato Chips "you can't have just one!"
