***Week 7 CFB Game Thread (10/12 - 10/16)***

Texas is one of those teams that will ALWAYS allow a loss one week to make them lose the game the following week because they are still dwelling on it.

Why? Texas has been a struggle fest. I like my chances of forcing them to score AND get two there.
All moot now but my thought is with an OSU offense gets the conversation, game essentially is over. Miss it, Texas still has to go the length of the field to take it to OT. I see it both ways, I’m glad to see OSU on top regardless.

I love the taste of Bevo tears. Friggin conference-wreckers.

LSU is looking like they might take down the Gators.

Steve Sark has never been a good coach. Firing Herman for him was a laughable and stupid decision by Texas and I love them for doing it.

From a W-L perspective absolutely. There was no reason for their fans to be pissed about last year. It sounded like there were some bigger issues than reported with herman behind the scenes from what I remember.

Did I just hear top 10 team is coming to Ames next weekend?

:eggplant:

Black uni’s are okay for this one.

He has done well as an Asst. , but floundered as a head coach. The lack of patients by TX is laughable. If TX losses out it wouldn't hurt my feelings at all.

I was working around the house today, so I only saw the end, and when TX went up 17-3 on a drive that looked way too easy. Surprised by the OSU come back, because they looked lost on defense on that drive.

Sark should get a lot of credit for rebuilding Washington, but he belongs at a place like that where expectations are through the roof. He can’t succeed at a top program.
